One of
JD's Cub requirements is to visit a media outlet. TV and newspapers aren't really anxious to host a group of 6 year old. THANK GOODNESS for our journalism teacher! She was SUPER about letting the kids come see what high school newspapers were all about.

The boys got to see where the kids work on the newspaper.

The highlight was the little TV station that the kiddos got to see. They each took turns being filmed anchoring the morning announcements.

JD got his turn operating the camera.

They also worked the teleprompter. The scouts loved seeing themselves on TV.
