Fish Fry
Every summer George goes to the coast fishing with a group of die hard old salty fishermen. Once the weather cools down in the fall they all get together with their families for a fish fry. We all eat the fish they caught and listen to a lot of stories about the one that got away.

Was there fried catfish?
No catfish - catfish is mostly a feshwater fish. The guys go out into the gulf in a charter boat and catch sea trout and red fish. It was fried and yummy though. Ummm, a big vat of fried fish and hushpuppies.
